When I bred Spot with my friend's buck, I had high hopes for a buckling that I could keep from the cross.  Cap does not disappoint.  He is a handsome buck, who would do better on Linear Appraisal if he wasn't such a difficult boy to lead.  Thankfully, his kids don't see to get his attitude.  I had one daughter on test in 2021, and she milked well enough to earn her star in all 3 categories by about 200 days.  I will have 2 more of his daughters on test in 2023, so hope to have them earn stars, which will give him his +.
